Booking Agreement

This Booking Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between Pituach Limited ("Company") and the client ("You") regarding the reservation and participation in our tours and travel services. By making a booking with us, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement.

Booking Confirmation:

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified in your booking invoice. A written confirmation will be sent via email once your payment is processed and received.

Payment Terms:

To secure your reservation, the following payment terms apply:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date.
  • If booking is made within 30 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Client Responsibilities:

By booking with Pituach Limited, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal information when requested (including full names, passport details, dietary preferences, etc.).
  • Secure all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and travel insurance.
  • Adhere to the laws and customs of the countries visited and respect the local culture and environment.

Health and Safety Requirements:

You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the tour. It is strongly recommended that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal liability, and trip cancellation/interruption.

Amendments to Bookings:

If you wish to make changes to your booking (such as changing dates or traveler details), requests must be submitted in writing. All amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Amendments made less than 30 days prior to departure are subject to our discretion.

Cancellation and Refunds:

All cancellations are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@pituachltd.com.

Force Majeure:

Pituach Limited will not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, civil unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Liability Waiver:

While Pituach Limited takes all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety and enjoyment, participation in our tours is at your own risk. The company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in any activity or tour arranged by us.

Photography and Media:

By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes by Pituach Limited unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

Changes to This Agreement:

Pituach Limited reserves the right to update or modify this Booking Agreement at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
